Dear all,
Over the last couple of years, the organising of Conferences has become increasingly difficult with more and more late registrations. With most Venues requiring number details, this makes it very difficult to supply on time, 2018 Venue needs final catering numbers 10 days out!
We have also been forced to look at having a Refund Policy. This is detailed below also.
After a lot of discussion, the Committee have agreed to the following structure for registrations and refunds, but before you look at those,
2 things:
While the following may seem a little tough, we are not an uncaring bunch and will be happy to see how it goes this year and make changes if the Membership finds it unacceptable. We also will be more than happy to listen to extenuating circumstances that may eventuate, forcing a change in your Registration and refund.
Also the payment does not necessarily have to be made at the same time. The amount due will still relate to the time of receiving your registration. BUT if you send it after the 1st of April you will be charged a late fee on top of what is already owed.
